Lindsey

Lindsey Jablonski

Lindsey is a co-founder of Common Thread Lab and has worked across the private, public and social sectors and is experienced in research, strategy, organizational development, operations, and project management.

Previously, Lindsey worked for ArrowMark Partners where she helped build out the firm's newly launched private credit strategy while researching and analyzing companies across a range of industries, as potential investments. Prior to ArrowMark she consulted for organizations such as BioSafety Alliance and the Australian government as part of the New South Wales Department of Family and Education, where she was involved in a grant initiative launched to strengthen government participation and delivery of services to youth in New South Wales, Australia to improve the inclusiveness and effectiveness of programs.

Lindsey has worked on food sustainability initiatives and has conducted research in the ESG investing space and is passionate about the significant role investing and business have to catalyze change and create positive social impact and sustainability outcomes. Lindsey holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics in Health, Community and Development and is a member of the UN Young Professionals and Impact Capital Forum.

Trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance and a lover of music and the arts — Lindsey is also passionate about the role creativity, innovation and the arts play in social impact.  

Yohanna

Yohanna Doronila Pepa

Yohanna is a Co-Founder of Common Thread Lab. From working in social impact partnerships and investing, she is experienced in research, analysis, multi-stakeholder engagement, brand strategy, project management, and storytelling.

Previously, Yohanna was the Senior Advisor for Private Sector Partnerships at the Tent Partnership for Refugees, the foundation of Chobani's Founder and CEO that helps companies sustainably support refugees. At Tent, she built partnerships with consumer and financial services companies, mobilizing multinational companies to publicly commit to support over 1,000 refugees through employment, training, education, and access to services and investment firms to launch refugee-focused impact investments totaling $37 million. Yohanna also built a new social impact brand partnership business model from the ground up for Tent’s Founder, for which she conducted a landscape analysis of 200 prospective brand partners, crafted the brand narrative, developed the budget and operational roadmap, built the funding model, created brand-specific pitch decks, and collaborated with nonprofits to ensure ethical factory conditions. While at Tent, Yohanna was also a founding member of sister company Chobani’s Inclusion & Diversity Council.

Prior to Tent, Yohanna worked as an Investment Analyst at ArrowMark Partners, an asset manager, where she covered the consumer/retail, packaging, and building products for the firm’s $3 billion corporate loan portfolio, overseeing over 70 portfolio companies and authoring and pitching investment ideas to the investment committee biweekly. Before ArrowMark, Yohanna taught as an Instructor for Yale’s Young Global Scholars Program, an intensive leadership development program for high school students.

Yohanna has a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in Ethics, Politics, and Economics. In addition to being passionate about transforming business for good, upholding human rights, and making supply chains ethical, Yohanna enjoys curating music, cooking and eating diverse cuisines, dancing ballet, traveling to new places, and bringing people together.
